What We Look For
We seek experienced financial professionals who are passionate about helping others. Ideal candidates will have:
- Qualifications: ASIC-recognized financial adviser credentials.
- Experience: At least 4 years as a financial planner or advisor.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Coaching Credentials: International money or financial coaching qualifications are a plus but not required.
- Empathy and Communication: Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to improving clients' financial wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions
We require our coaches to hold a qualification recognized by ASIC as suitable against their professional standards for financial advisers, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning or advising. Additionally, internationally recognized coaching qualifications are highly regarded.
Financial coaching is distinct from financial advice, so a license is not required. However, when you work with us as a contractor, you are covered under our AFSL (Australian Financial Services Licensee) for any financial services-related activities, including insurance. This ensures that you're fully protected while providing coaching services to our clients.
Our platform matches you with clients based on your expertise. You can schedule sessions, track progress, and provide ongoing support through our integrated system.
Our team provides a comprehensive onboarding to familiarise you with our business, our approach to coaching, or our coaching framework, as well as how to use our platform. We provide ongoing support, resources, and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
You have complete control over your schedule and the number of clients you take on, allowing you to balance your work with other commitments. will need to be able to commit during daytime hours (8am – 7 pm) to a minimum of 15 hours per week availability as a myMoneyCircle coach.
Our coaches are compensated for their time and expertise, with payments made directly through our platform on a regular basis.
